Schoolwear supplier Trutex has been acquired by private equity house Endless, reports Yorkshire Business Desk. The turnaround specialist teamed up with HSBC to refinance the £17 million Yorkshire based wholesaler and business-to-business cataloguer.

Asos, Lastminute.com and Boo.com are mentioned in a Times article about the dotcom boom and bust of ten years ago.

Adili was sold for just £1, reports the Guardian, which details events leading up to its demise.

Affiliate marketing network Digital Window has acquired rival Buy.at for an undisclosed sum.
